If our tools do not work for more than two days, we will refund your money (Only in rare cases).
ToolShope and SHWET TRIPATHI do not provide refunds if you upgrade from a smaller to a larger plan. For upgrades, contact us via live chat or email (upgrades allowed within one day of purchase only).
Cancellation: Refunds will be credited to your account within 3-5 working days.
